We are committed to evaluating the issue promptly and making it right. While our products are stain and water-resistant, they are not stain or waterproof. Avoid submerging them, especially in a washing machine. Exercise caution with pigmented items to prevent stains, marks, or discoloration. Please note that we are not responsible for any such issues that occur after the product is used.
