Returns and Exchange
We happily accept unused items in their original packaging within three days of purchase:
- If the product that arrived is inaccurate than the one you ordered.
- If the product that arrived is damaged on receipt.
If your order arrived in multiple boxes, create a separate return for each box you wish to ship back. Items returned must adhere to our guidelines, including no missing boxes, damage, or signs of use. Failure to meet these criteria may result in us reserving the right to withhold a full refund.
Refunds will be credited in the form of a japa gift card or directly to your japa account for future use. If the product was a gift, the credit will be issued as a japa e-gift card that can be used in 90days. Please note that shipping charges are not included in refund credits to your account, and return fee will be charged based on the product sizes.
